Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for easy printing at home.

  Pack Your Scarf

  Place the unwashed, unworn scarf back in its original protective bag and secure it in a mailing envelope with the label attached.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
